to practice primarily in the areas of Insurance Coverage and
Insurance Bad Faith. We also represent clients in matters of
Eminent Domain, Inverse Condemnation, Construction Defects,
Business and Personal Tort cases, and Real Estate litigation.
Because so much of our work involves property damage claims
arising from fire, flood, earthquake, mudslides and other disasters,
we have expertise in all aspects of such claims and take a "big
picture" approach to our clients' particular problems.
Though we excel in litigating for our clients, we pride ourselves
on finding new and creative solutions to real world issues,
and work closely with engineering and other professionals to
accomplish that goal.
Our clientelle is diverse. We litigate against national law
firms and enjoy intellectually challenging work in a small firm
environment. Most often we represent individuals and small to
mid-sized businesses in actions against institutional defendants.
We also periodically represent governmental agencies and larger,
national and international companies.
